Material used for filling professional grade heavy bags, Throwing Dummies and Ground and Pound Bags. We have (3) options when is comes to punching bag fill materials. They all start with clean remnant textiles (Denim, Cotton Jersey, Khaki materials).

Fill Types
- Textile Cuts | Clean Textile Remnants, offers a heavy dense filling when settled, will have gaps and appear slightly lumpy on the exteriror of some bags. After use it will settle and smooth out some.
- Shredded Textile | Shredded Textile Cuts, offers a slightly softer and rebounding feeling with a smoother exterior finish. This is what we use to fill our USA Made professional grade heavy bags.
- Shredded Textile + Foam | Shredded textile Cuts blended with shredded foam, offers the softest feel and memory. But can still be packed very tight for a dense fill, it can also be packed loose for a lighter bag. The foam fill may help reduce hand and wrist fatigue. Smoothest exterior finish.

Needed this

I ordered and unfilled heavy bag and had no clue what to fill it with and tried to follow some peoples video on youtube but all turned out terrible. Luckily I found this searching google and refilled my 100 lb bag from Rinside and I love the way it fills. I did have some material left over but as the material settles I will just add more. Highly recommend.
