About the Role
The Screen Print Sales Lead is responsible for leading our screen printing division, UNdefeated Prints. For instance, the Screen Print Sales Lead is responsible for generating new customers, retaining current customers, and scaling the division’s sales volume. With this in mind, the role will grow with sales volume, leading to the Sales Lead having full operational control of the department. Our products include apparel items such as shirts and sweatshirts as well as wrestling singlets and other MMA gear.
Tasks
- Align customer needs with company products
- Push sales funnel from first contact through conversion
- Maintain relationships with current and prior customers
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales, products, and service
- Determine and negotiate prices with customers
- Additionally monitor and relay customer preferences to management
Supervisory Responsibilities
There are currently no supervisory responsibilities for this role. However, this role is designed to grow into a supervisory position.

About the Role
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and building a team of high-performing sales representatives for our B2B and wholesale consumer markets. Thus, to be effective in this role, this individual must have strong coaching skills. Additionally, they must have strong business acumen and the ability to maximize sales funnels while removing barriers to success.
Tasks
- Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of products to our customers
- Coach representatives through resolving customer complaints
- Reviewing operational records and reports to project sales and determining profitability
- Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures
- Ensure proper use of organizational systems
- Additionally work alongside other business departments on organization-wide change initiatives to improve performance
Supervisory Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will lead a team of sales representatives (6+ direct reports) through quarterly SMART goal creation, training, and monitoring of daily job tasks. Additionally, they will independently conduct new hire and annual performance reviews.
