Important notice regarding defective items & chargebacks

We stand behind our products 100%. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify our customer support team immediately at info@combatcorner.com so we can issue a free replacement or pre-paid return label.Please note: Filing a bank dispute (chargeback) for a defective item without attempting to contact us or without returning the merchandise is a violation of our Terms of Service. In cases of "friendly fraud" (retaining merchandise while forcing a chargeback), we reserve the right to:

  1. Report the dispute history to a global merchant blacklist, preventing future online purchases.
  2. Forward the unreturned merchandise debt to a third-party collections agency.
  3. Pursue legal remedies for civil theft in small claims court.

What disqualifies an item from returns?

For an item to be eligible for a return, it must meet the following criteria.

A) The item must be from an order completed within the past 60 calendar days. Accepting a return from an order completed outside of 60 calendar days is at our sole discretion. Again you MUST contact us within 60 days if you intend to return ANY item. Items returned to us AFTER 60 calendar days and WITHOUT contacting us within 60 calendar days will NOT be refunded.

B) The item you are returning must be in a “new, unaltered, and unused condition," which means it cannot have signs of wear or damage in any way and that it must have its original packaging, labels, and hangtags.

C) The item cannot be a special order/custom item.

D) The item cannot be a mouthguard or undergarment product, such as a groin cup, supporter, or briefs. 

How do I return an item?

Complete the following steps to return an item.

1) First, make sure your item meets the criteria to be eligible for a return (see the section above "What Disqualifies an Item from Returns?").

2) Next, send us a copy of your original sales receipt (such as the email receipt) for the order that includes the item you are returning. Send your return request and receipt to: info@combatcorner.com.

3) After we receive your request, we will review your information and determine if your item is eligible for a return. All returned items must be shipped* to:

4) If your item is eligible, we will issue you a refund** for the returned items, which you can use to place a new online order for the item you would like as a replacement.

*If CRNR is not at fault, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returned items. 

**If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if after processing your return your order total falls below the free shipping threshold for either your CRNR retail or wholesale order.  If your purchase price remains over the threshold after your return is processed, you will get a full refund for the returned item.

Can I exchange my item?

We do not process a direct exchange. Instead, we issue you a refund for the items that you return, and you can use that refund to place a new online order for the item you would like as a replacement.

I Got the Wrong Items. What Do I Do?

If you receive an item from us that was incorrectly shipped by us, please contact CRNR Customer Support immediately: info@combatcorner.com.

Any items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a refund.

I Got the Right Items, but They are Damaged. What Do I Do?

If you receive an item from us that is damaged, please contact CRNR Customer Support immediately: info@combatcorner.com.

Any items that are defective and shipped from us will qualify for store credit or a refund.

How do I return an Wholesale Item?

To return an item you purchased through a CRNR Wholesale order, your item must meet the criteria shown in the above section "What Disqualifies an Item from Returns?".

After reviewing the eligibility criteria, follow the steps shown in the above section "How Do I Return an Item?".

Is There a Restocking Fee with Wholesale Returns?

Yes, returns from CRNR Wholesale orders are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Who Pays for Shipping Back a Returned Item?

If CRNR is not at fault, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returned items. 

What Happens if I Got Free Shipping But then Return an Item from my Order?

If the item is eligible to be returned, the amount of your refund may be affected by free shipping.

If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if, after processing your return, your order total falls below the free shipping threshold for either your CRNR retail or wholesale order. If your purchase price remains above the threshold after your return is processed, you will get a full refund for the returned item.
