As a gym owner, I love these pads
"Wanted to wait a while before I left a review to ensure they really got that work put into them. We love this line at our gym and we hope they keep expanding it. We wanted to try them out as we have some vegan athletes and they were complaining about how impossible it is to find various forms of vegan gear. With all that said, they hold up. We use these in a gym every single day and they have been holding up for a good chunk of time now. They offer great protection and they are a perfect weight. Maybe the only negative is they don't always get the best audible crack when hit. I mean you get a solid crack but some pads sound better than others. I know we all love that sound so these aren't the BEST for that but they do still provide a solid crack. Just makes the athletes try harder, right?! We have multiple pairs is both the solo and duel strap version so I'm using this review for both. Both are great and essentially the exact same pad just a larger/smaller version. So that's preference at that point."
