Good 34 inch waist fit
"While this was labeled L/XL, its elastic fits my 34 inch waist very well. It can be adjusted almost an inch bigger. The cup holds a large and full scrotum, unlike many others that are made for guys with shrinkage due to steroid use. This does have a manufacturing defect, the leg strap has a double twist in it, unlike the one in the illustration, which is flat. If not for that, I would rate it 5 stars. Note that there is only 1 leg strap, it goes through a leather look at the bottom of the cup."
