Cart Total and Returns
“Free Holiday Gift” items are earned by spending a certain amount of money per order. So, if you return items from your order and thus cause your order total to fall below the Free Gift Tier threshold amount that earned you a free item; the Free Gift item must also be returned. If this happens and the Free Gift item is not returned, we will issue your return refund minus the retail value of the “Free Holiday Gift” item.
