"These gloves I use for bag-work in Muay Thai, which provide an efficient way to also do like jump roping, or whatever drills they have for me. I also don’t have to take off my gloves to get water. They are super comfy and premium feeling. You don’t need hand wraps to wear these, but if you do focus mainly on the wrist support."
