When will someone get back to me?
We will try to contact you within 1-2 business days from when your application was submitted. Please note that our regular hours of operation are Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm CST. If your application was submitted after hours, we will contact you the next business day.
What is next?
- One of our Account Executives will contact you to request more details about your Custom Design Submission
- Once we have all the information we need, our Design Team will send a Mock Up design for you to approve
- When you approve the perfect design for you, as well as all the specifications, the production of your custom items will start
- Finally, We will ship your New Custom Items to you!
How can I get a ballpark estimate for my design?
Unfortunately, because of the different types of products, product types, design work, as well as quantities, we cannot provide “ballpark estimates”.
Once we speak with you and learn the answers to the questions needed, we will be best able to provide you an accurate quote in a timely manner.
Most quotes can be provided the first time you speak with our account executives!
What type of artwork do you require?
We typically request the best possible image quality you can provide, ideal file types are vector images since they allow for more flexibility. For Vector files please send us an email to info@combatcorner.com with the attached vector file (.cdr, .ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf)
Raster filed are accepted as well, high resolution .jpg at print size at 300 DPI images are preferred. If you do not have this we can assist you, just send the best you have.
How long will it take to complete my project?
Speaking with your account executive will answer this question best.
There are many factors unique to each manufacturing process. Once we know the project as well quantities, we will be able to provide accurate timelines for you.
Our manufacturing process timelines begin once we have the needed artwork in hand and approved.
