EXCHANGES: We do not process exchanges. We issue a refund for the items that are returned and you place a new order online for the item you would like as a replacement.
Original sales receipt (Digital E-mail copy works too) must accompany returns.
We accept returns for refund up to 60 calendar days after purchase of the product. At our sole discretion after 60 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Again, you MUST contact us within 60 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 60 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. If you received free shipping on your order from being over $135, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if the order total falls below $135. If your purchase price remains over $135 after your return you will get a full refund for the returned item/s.
"Free Offer" items are earned by spending a certain amount of money per order. If you return any items and your order total falls below the threshold amount that earned you a free item; the free offer item must also be returned. If the free offer item is not returned, we will issue your return refund minus the retail value of the free offer item.
