- Next, proceed to checkout, and there, your Gift will reflect as free. (*Limit one Free Gift per order. If you have multiple Free Gifts in your cart, the HIGHEST value gift from your spend tier will be free.)

Availability and Returns
Free Holiday Gift items have limited availability. There are no rainchecks or exchanges if a desired Free Gift item becomes unavailable at the time of your purchase. Free Holiday Gifts are only eligible on retail orders. No returns or exchanges are allowed on any Free Holiday Gift items.
Add Your Gift Before Checkout!
We CANNOT add a Free Holiday Gift to your order after you check out. Make sure you follow the steps listed in the section above (How to Claim Your Free Holiday Gift), and make sure you add your Free Gift to your cart BEFORE you checkout.
Cart Total and Returns
You earn “Free Holiday Gift” items by spending a certain amount of money per order. If you use a discount code and your cart total falls below a spend tier, you are ineligible for that tier’s Free Gifts. If you return items from your order (and thus cause your order total to fall below the Free Gift Tier threshold amount that earned you a free item), the Free Gift item must also be returned. If this happens and the Free Gift item is not returned, we will issue your return refund minus the retail value of the “Free Holiday Gift” item.
