Great padding and perfect for sparring.
These gloves are perfect for bag work, pad work, and sparring. These gloves are especially good for kickboxing. In Muay Thai they may feel a little stiff for clinching, but will still definitely do the job very well. You do need to make a tight fist while punching in these gloves, and you also need to keep pushing your knuckles back into the glove a lot which is a bit annoying. The wrist stability is a solid 8/10. Overall I definitely recommend these gloves, especially if you’re doing kickboxing because they have superior cushion and are great for catching kicks. They are very comfortable and fit very well in my average sized hands.Jaon
