About the Role
Being a market leader since 2007 isn’t a coincidence – it’s the legacy of keeping close relationships with fighters and expressing their grit through our bold imagery, relevant marketing, and strategic ad creation. The Graphic Designer on the Marketing team is responsible for creating engaging visual media for stakeholders across the organization, from the layouts of our email marketing to the branding of internal documents. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Graphic Designer enacts our strategic vision through managing visual projects from inception through completion and ongoing maintenance. This is an in-person position.
Tasks
Brand Guidelines:
- Create and maintain our visual brand guidelines for our main brand and all sub brands, campaigns, product lines, etc.
- Ensure all visual media adheres to our visual brand guidelines
- Conduct market research to ensure our visual brand guidelines most effectively support our marketing plan
- Routinely review and update our visual brand guidelines to ensure they most effectively support our marketing plan
Graphic Design:
- Create visual media (images, layouts, mockups, etc for emails, website pages, print materials, etc)
- Ensure all currently implemented media adheres to our current visual brand guidelines
- Routinely review and update our current media to ensure that our media most effectively executes our marketing plan
- Routinely evaluate and adjust our media to ensure it elicits the desired behaviors/actions from the intended audience
Project Management:
- Collaborate with internal team members and/or third-party firms to complete marketing projects specified by the marketing plan
- Lead marketing projects/tasks/assignments by directing/training/teaching/coaching internal team members and/or third-party firms and by overseeing the planning and execution of project logistics
- Support the marketing director and the execution of the marketing plan by following delegated tasks/projects/assignments given by the marketing director
- Potentially flex into new skill areas/task assignments that are related to and/or adjacent to your current skills/tasks in order to best support the internal team and equally share the team workload of executing the marketing plan

About the Role
The Account Manager is a key member of our sales team at Combat Corner who is responsible for selling wholesale and custom MMA gear to gyms, athletes, and martial arts practitioners of all levels. Moreover, this role is an inside sales role, responsible for maintaining a portion of our 2,500+ customer portfolio. Our products include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gi’s, Muay Thai gloves, sparring equipment, and apparel. To be effective in this role, this individual must have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, the ability to influence others, and a customer-first attitude. This is an in-person position.
Tasks
- Align customer needs with company products
- Push sales funnel from first contact through conversion
- Maintain relationships with current and prior customers
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales, products, and service
- Determine and negotiate prices with customers
- Monitor and relay customer preferences to management

About the Role
Making a perfect shirt is the mark of a good screen printer. Making hundreds of the same perfect shirt requires a great screen printer. In this role, you will use previous industry experience to coach other screen printers while providing expert assistance on the printing press line. Through sharing knowledge and skills, this role is instrumental in maintaining a high level of quality for all print runs, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining an efficient production schedule.
Tasks
- Job Setup & Preparation
- Review work orders, production notes, and approved artwork before starting jobs
- Prepare screens, inks, substrates, and other materials for production
- Ensure accurate registration and setup for each print run
- Production Oversight
- Operate screen printing presses and related equipment as needed
- Monitor workflow to meet deadlines and maintain production efficiency
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of screens, inks, chemicals, and machinery
- Quality Control
- Inspect prints at each stage to ensure color accuracy, consistency, and print quality
- Identify and correct errors or defects quickly to minimize waste
- Maintain company standards for product quality and order accuracy
- Team Leadership
- Work collaboratively with the current Screen Print Lead to coordinate scheduling, staffing, and workload distribution
- Train, mentor, and guide screen print staff on proper techniques, safety practices, and company procedures
- Provide feedback to team members to support skill development and consistent performance
- Order Completion & Shipping Prep
- Oversee post-production process, including curing, folding, tagging, and packing orders
- Confirm completed orders are accurate, properly packaged, and ready for shipment
- Coordinate with warehouse/shipping to ensure timely delivery of finished products
- Process Improvement & Safety
- Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures for the screen printing department
- Monitor supplies and inventory levels, requesting reorders as needed
- Promote and enforce safe work practices at all times

Qualifications
Knowledge
- 3+ years of screen printing experience, including press operation, setup, and troubleshooting
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment
- Strong knowledge of inks, substrates, curing processes, and screen preparation techniques
Skills
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Execute the screen printing process from mockup to final shipment
- Manage multiple projects in various stages of production
- Lead across language barriers
Abilities
- Sit and/or stand for long periods of time
- Tolerate changing temperatures
- Fluency in English – bilingual in Spanish a plus
